BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. RETAINER REQUIREMENT

To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer confirms your time slot and will be applied toward the final balance of your hair services on the day of your appointment. Non-refundable retainer is based on the services booked, prices will increase with add-on services.

2. NON-REFUNDABILITY

All retainers are strictly non-refundable. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that this fee covers the administrative costs and the reservation of time that could otherwise be offered to another client.

3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

We understand that life happens; however, to maintain a sustainable schedule, we require at least [24] hours' notice for any rescheduling requests.

  • With Proper Notice: If you reschedule at least [24] hours in advance, your retainer may be transferred to a new date (one-time transfer only).

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than [24] hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your retainer. A new retainer will be required to book a future date.

4. NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice ("No-Show") will result in the immediate forfeiture of your retainer. In these instances, you will be required to pay 100% of the service total before being allowed to book any future appointments.

5. LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting the next client. In the event of a forced reschedule due to lateness, the retainer will be forfeited. Absolutely NO extra guests, children or pets will be allowed at your appointment.
